随着环保法规要求的日益加严与消费者对健康安全的日益关注,汽车产品的材料合规逐渐成为汽车主机厂管控的重点。ELV是为保护环境,减少车辆报废产生的废弃物,制定的报废车辆回收指令,主要包括禁用重金属和回收利用率两方面。 国标GB 30512即将在今年下半年发布,新标准将增加管控物质石棉和PAHs,管控范围为中国境内道路行使用的汽车、挂车、摩托车及其零部件产品。MDS(Material Data System)材料数据系统是为了实施汽车产品回收利用率和禁用/限用物质管理,它将帮助汽车行业对汽车零部件供应链中的各个环节和各级产品进行信息化管理。借助该系统,零部件供应商可完成对整车生产企业的零部件产品填报与提交,阐明零部件的基本物质与材料的使用情况,并对所填报产品进行统一的分类管理。在此数据的基础上,整车企业能够在产品的设计、制造、生产、销售和报废回收等各个阶段完成对车辆产品中禁用/限用物质使用情况的跟踪与分析,为我国汽车行业提供一个能够在整个供应链中跟踪零部件产品化学组成成份的解决方案,全面提高我国汽车产品零部件材料的报废回收水平。
为应对ELV指令、危险材料法律等法规,奥迪、宝马、戴姆勒-克莱斯勒、福特、GM、保时捷、大众和沃尔沃等多家大型汽车制造商和DXC公司共同开发并于2001年开始运行IMDS(International Material Data System,国际材料数据系统),以便对汽车及汽车零件和材料数据进行有效的供应链管理。IMDS运行至今,已经能够帮助全球汽车供应链上的企业全面履行各种与汽车相关的法规、标准的要求,被全球汽车制造企业和几乎100%的汽车零部件厂商所接受和运用。
关于为热塑性塑料创建MDS的附加信息-材料分类5.1.x
热塑性聚合物化合物是基本聚合物和功能性添加剂(如填料、增塑剂、阻燃剂等)的均匀混合物。当为热塑性材料(材料分类5.1.x)创建材料MDS时,如下将指导您完成符号创建过程,以实现聚合物材料的正确符号。完成向导后,您需要从基本物质列表中选择物质(如基本聚合物和功能添加剂)。

目前汽车行业MDS面临的现状
目前汽车行业普遍通过供应商提交CAMDS或IMDS管控材料中是否含有REACH法规管控的物质,但是实际填报数据中,有不少企业提交的MDS数据并不真实,可能原因有如下:
供应商填报工程师不熟悉该如何填报,材料分类不正确、成分填写不完整、成分质量百分比不正确;
供应商填报工程师知道填报规则,但是材料中含有法规管控的物质,有意将该物质错填或物质质量百分比降低;
供应商没有完整的有害物质管控体系,零件中部分材料是由下级供应商提交,审核工程师没有严格审批数据;
